Hello!!
Firstly, I will like to thanks Krystal for pointing out to me that my fonts are too small ! Haha! For those who have to strain your eyes to read my post, I'M REALLY REALLY VERY SORRY! You guys have to understand, this is my first time blogging, and I'm a comp idiot. Haha! Thanks K ! Love ya =)
Anyway, I just came back from yet another fruitful dance session today! Went for MTV and Street Jazz today! It was really fun, i dunno what song we dance to but all I know is , I WAS ABLE TO CATCH UP !! YES ! Finally I see some improvements ( or was it that the steps were simple today, oh well... ) and the best thing is !!!!! I FINALLY REGAIN MY FLAT TUMMY ! YAY!!!!!!! Hahaha! Guess two months of intense booty shaking and krumping really works! I love my tummy now! Now I just need to tone, tan and maintain it! You know, I think it’s not difficult to slim down, u just need to exercise and eat properly, NOT CRASH DIET mind you! Crash diets are for lazy people who wants short cut. Just think about it, how long can u not eat! A week the most I would say, anything more, your gastric will suffer and your cravings for food will eventually take over. Now I understand why guys find girls going on diet disguising, I for one HATE it when people don’t eat because they wanna slim down too! There are no short cuts If you want beautiful and slim figure, you’ve gotta work for it! The golden rules are simple: 1) exercise MODERATELY and regularly (not excessively, u’re going to hurt yourself) 2) eat properly (eat punctually and healthily) and that’s it! Looks simple, but trust me, it takes a lot of determination to stick to these rules. I work my ass off to achieve my flat tummy! *over the moon
Ok, i’m really tired from dance. I needa go take a nap before I die of exhaustion. I’ll blog more later if I can! Might be going out with my sister later ! Tata !
